(Serves any number) Ah, the old tuna melt stand-by. So-o-o easy. Just take your drained can of tuna and add some dill weed, mayo, salt and pepper (add chopped celery, cilantro or dill pickles, if you like) and put dollops of the mixture onto a nice, fresh kaiser roll, cut in half. Flatten the tuna with the tine edges of a fork, top with slices of sharp cheddar, Asiago or Parmesan cheese and stick under the broiler for about two minutes. You can also do this in a toaster oven (watch it carefully!), but the microwave option is not suitable, as cooking it that way produces less-than-ideal results. Difficulty level: Easy.
