Starting with the Sazerac of the 1850s, you'll learn about (and sample!) two centuries of classic bar standards, while picking up insider secrets and bartending techniques. No advanced experience is required. As Chris says: "to mix a great cocktail, all you need is a steady hand, an understanding of basic arithmetic, and a troublesome thirst!"
